By using Pragyanta, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Pragyanta

Pragyanta is an online educational platform providing live classes, study materials, educational games, quizzes, and learning resources for students in Classes 1-12, including preparation for competitive exams such as JEE and NEET.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • Students under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per student. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Free Trial & Subscriptions

Free Trial: New students receive 7 days of free access to live classes and learning materials. No payment information is required during the trial.
Monthly Subscription: After the trial, you may subscribe on a monthly basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Prices may change with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers maintain their rate until current period ends.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Share, reproduce, or distribute course content, recordings, or study materials
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Disrupt live classes or harass other users
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download content
  • Misrepresent your identity or academic level

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Pragyanta - including courses, videos, games, quizzes, study materials, and platform design - is owned by Pragyanta or its content creators and is protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access content for personal educational use only.

6. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay and other authorized payment gateways.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pragyanta provides educational services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 3 months. We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in disruptive behavior, or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
