By using Pragyanta, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Pragyanta

Pragyanta is an online educational platform providing live classes, study materials, educational games, quizzes, and learning resources for students in Classes 1-12, including preparation for competitive exams such as JEE and NEET.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • Students under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per student. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Trial Classes & Fees

Trial Classes: New students may start with 3 trial live classes for ₹49, booked through our team. The ₹49 is adjusted in the first fee on enrolment.
What a Batch Includes: Live interactive classes and live doubt classes with the teacher. We do not sell recorded lectures.
Fees: Batch fees are paid through our team, monthly or for 3, 6, 12 months ahead. Nothing renews or is charged automatically: the parent makes each payment according to the plan chosen.
Stopping: To stop, tell our team before your next payment. Access continues until the end of the month or term you have paid for. The trial fee and fees paid ahead are not refunded; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Prices may change with 30 days notice. Enrolled students keep their fee until the month or term already paid for ends.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Share, reproduce, or distribute course content or study materials, or record live classes
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Disrupt live classes or harass other users
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download content
  • Misrepresent your identity or academic level

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Pragyanta - including courses, videos, games, quizzes, study materials, and platform design - is owned by Pragyanta or its content creators and is protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access content for personal educational use only.

6. Payments

  • Fees are paid to our team by UPI or bank transfer; the details are shared on the enrolment call.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pragyanta provides educational services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 3 months. We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in disruptive behavior, or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
