Refund Policy

Since we offer a 7-day free trial with no upfront payment, our refund scenarios are minimal. However, we maintain a fair refund policy for paid subscriptions:

  • Monthly Subscription: You may cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience platform-related issues preventing access, contact us within 48 hours for a pro-rata refund or account extension.
  • Duplicate Payments: If charged twice or for an incorrect amount, a full refund of the excess will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Non-Refundable: Game passes, marketplace purchases, and consumed one-time services are non-refundable once accessed.

Cancellation Process

Cancelling your subscription is straightforward:

  1. Log into your Pragyanta account
  2. Navigate to My Account > Subscriptions
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Your access remains active until the end of your billing cycle
