Trial Live Classes Before You Enrol

Every student can start with 3 trial live classes for ₹49 before enrolling. Experience our teaching, ask the teacher questions, and decide if Pragyanta is right for you. The ₹49 is adjusted in your first fee when you enrol.

We receive a large number of trial requests, so trial classes carry a small fee. It keeps every seat for families who are serious about learning.

Book Trial Classes

Send us your details and we call you with the time of the trial live classes for your child's class and subject.

Experience the Quality

Attend the live class and ask the teacher questions. Free practice quizzes and educational games are open to everyone.

Call to Enrol (If Satisfied)

If you are happy, call us to enrol in the batch. Pay monthly, or get 10% off for 3 months, 15% off for 6 months and 20% off for 12 months when you pay in one go.

Refund Policy

You start with trial live classes before enrolling, so you decide after seeing a real class. Once fees are paid, these rules apply:

  • Trial Fee: The trial fee (₹49 for group classes, ₹49 for a one-on-one class) is not refunded. It is adjusted in your first fee when you enrol.
  • Monthly Fee: You may stop at any time by telling our team before your next payment. Your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for. No refunds for partial months.
  • Fees Paid Ahead: Fees paid in one go for 3, 6, 12 months are not refunded once the term has started. Your access continues for the full term you have paid for.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience platform-related issues preventing access, contact us within 48 hours for a pro-rata refund or account extension.
  • Duplicate Payments: If charged twice or for an incorrect amount, a full refund of the excess will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Non-Refundable: Game passes, marketplace purchases, and consumed one-time services are non-refundable once accessed.

Cancellation Process

Nothing renews or is charged automatically. To stop:

  1. Call us on +91 704-236-6023 or email admin@pragyanta.com before your next payment
  2. Our team confirms the last day of your access
  3. Your access remains active until the end of the month or term you have paid for
